The 'I'm not going to weigh myself' experiment

I'm terrible at this game! I weigh myself at least twice a day (morning & before bed) I actually weigh myself when I get up, when I come home from work, after I eat, before a shower, after a shower then right before I go to bed.

Forfeit February- I'm forfeiting weighing myself & carbs!

So in a bid to start fresh I've decided to delete all my self pittying posts and even the happy ones.
